Staub Cast Iron 7.5" Round Gratin Baking Dish - Graphite Grey

I bought this dish 6 months ago. I use it multiple times per week. I now understand the importance of good quality, heat retaining cookware. Food really does cook evenly and it crisps beautifully if you want to go that route with higher heat.

You can't beat Staub construction and quality. It browns beautifully, releases nicely and the exterior is extremely chip resistant. This is such an awesome pan to make perfect sides dishes to serve 4 people. Potatoes brown and get crispy, absolutely delicious. It would also be fantastic for a cobbler since it holds its heat so well.

This is the perfect serving dish for casseroles, gratins, and ratatouille recipes. I love the heritage look of the handles on this baking dish. With it being cast iron, it does a great job heating and being versatile where it can go from oven to table to fridge. A great dish to have for serving great meals. Also love that Graphite color, really goes well with any decor!

I love the Staub cast iron line baking dishes for their versatility and great looks! Just a personal preference for family and friend gatherings. I like how they look on the table, and how easily they go from the oven to the table. These are good for hot, cold, and room temperate dishes and are so easy to clean!

Love this dish for small dish cooking and grazing. Great for me when hubby was traveling and I wanted a quick dessert or a couple of small portions. Would make a recipe - cook one off for me, then freeze the other. (Remember to thaw before cooking otherwise the timing gets messed up.) Great for serving snacks around the house for parties. Made quick frittatas once. The came out beautifully, but be prepared to work fast! Beautifully crafted so serving in them in the part of the joy.

Exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a true gratin pan. Yes i know i can use my skillet but the perfect roundness and the size is perfect. The enamel coating inside and out holds up in the oven and under the broiler. I use it for my gratins, roasted veggies and great potatoes.
