STAUB Cast Iron 8.5-inch Traditional Deep Skillet - Citron

Simply the best. This is my second Staub frying pan. I have a very large one that I love even if I do have to do weight training to be able to lift it. This size is perfect for so many everyday cooking tasks. If you can afford Staub buy Staub you can't go wrong and they will last you forever!

This 22 cm cast iron pan may be small, but it's incredibly powerful. Once it's preheated, it cooks everything beautifully — even simple eggs taste different because the heat distribution is so even. The deep design makes it great for stir-frying or light frying, and the citron-yellow handle brightens up my kitchen every time I use it. It feels like the kind of pan that will make food taste better the longer I cook with it.

This cast iron pan is simply the best! I already own the two larger size cast iron pans and the smaller one....but this size is just right for me. Love the yellow as it complements my other treasured Staub pans, ovens, bakeware. I do have a collection! And, really unnecessary to add, ......clean up is a whiz, no matter how messy the job....

We have several Staub pieces and the small frying pan is a wonderful addition. Perfect size and depth for steaks and sausage dishes for the two of us.

Good medium sized pan that has good heat retention. Good on the stove top and the oven. Been using mostly for steaks. Works like a charm.

This is the best skillet I have ever owned. Best quality, best price, looks amazing, gets the job done.

I want to love it, but I'm not quite there yet. It looks like a lot gets stick to the bottom and it is super hard to clean. Not sure what is going on.

picture of the pan is quite deceiving, quite tiny. if you are thinking of buying this item, think twice. It is small. I like the depth and the color but with the size, it has limited usage.

I hate the check out system you guys use. That forced me to buy the product which was in the cart a while ago. When I checked out I didn't see it on my orders. The discount was added in the last is a shady trick. And the guarantee of return is a joke. Shipping for a Staub pan could be half price of its worth. If your product is good enough then you don't have to trick people to sell them
