Wonderful addition
An excellent addition to my Staub cookware- I use it frequently not only for Brie but also to bake small food items, remaining leftovers fit perfectly

Beautiful but it could be a bit taller
Love the look of the Brie baker. I wish it was a little taller though to fit a large Brie wheel a bit better. I baked some sauce with the cheese and it spilled over in my oven.

Build quality less than expected
Cons: I should have read the product description more closely. I thought it was cast iron, but is ceramic. The lid fits loosely on the bottom unit and wiggles when I put it in the oven. At this price point, I was expecting better build quality. Pro: nicely packaged. It would make a great gift.

Simple, sleek, small footprint.
Just received the Brie baker and it's just as pictured. Simple, white, same quality as expected from Staub. Actually really cute, like a mini Staub Dutch oven. I can see myself using this for more than Brie, such as a wide variety of appetizers and desserts.

Staub Covered Brie dish

Very cute dish
