Engagement gift for granddaughter. Perfect, she loves it.

We cook a lot of pasta and Mediterranean dishes and this pan is perfect for the sauces we use and shellfish.

Versatile and easy to use and clean. Requires a bit more care and consideration than the old 'junk' pans and the results are absolutely WORTH it! Used for searing ground meat, heavenly stir fry sear even broccoli. Frying falafel is next...expect great results!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) A little smaller than expected, but works like a charm and I can see using this wok instead of several of my existing pots and frying pans. Nice weight (not too heavy) and solidly made. The Basil Green is a beautiful colour.

This is a beautiful Staub piece. It is large and can handle any kind of cooking you need. It supposedly had visual imperfections but I cannot find anything that would make me regret this purchase. I look forward to a lifetime of cooking with this Staub piece.

This is my favorite pan. I have one I use daily, this was purchased as my backup. I often use two or three pans when preparing meals. This one is perfect!

Beautiful color, perfect size for all kinds of uses. Love the glass lid so I can monitor the cooking process and makes it lighter than it would be with cast iron

After less than five uses the bottom of this pan is dull gray in several areas. I only cleaned it with dawn liquid dish detergent soap, soft sponge and cloth. It has not been used to heat more than at medium high heat on electric stove. The sides of the pan looks beautiful.

A great multi-use pan for sautéing, wok frying, and searing. Staub quality cannot be beat for the price. I do wish the bottom was a tiny bit wider for searing.

In general, I am very satisfied. However, I am not using the glass lis because I am worried about people's reviews that glass lid is thin and fragile.
