After several weeks of chronic pain, I ordered this for my right foot. The day it arrived, I was experiencing a lot of pain and put it on. Immediately, I felt some improvement. I have been wearing this on my foot everyday for a week and it's helped my pain and discomfort tremendously. It is basically just a heel pad sewn into this "brace" type contraption. At first it's a little weird to get used to if you're only wearing it on one foot, but getting used to it doesn't take long. I would highly recommend this to anyone experiencing pain from plantar fasciitis or heel spurs.
I had been having heel pain for 2 months now. I like to walk around the house barefoot so this was an amazing relief. The only thing I found is that it makes my foot sweat (the area that covers the heel) even if I wear socks and the brace on top of sock. So I take it off, cool off a bit and put it back on. It says you can freeze it as well... haven't tried that yet. I think having a second one for teh other foot would be more comfortable for walking... otherwise you do feel that you are uneven and it gets to be a little annoying. :) Wish tehy were a little cheaper in price.
This product is pricey. It stretches out and does not stay in place. It need to be more supportive. It slips down if you are wearing a sandal.
Its a well-made product, BUT it concentrated too much force on the affected area and made the pain worse in my case. I switched to a night splint which did the job.
The picture is not what you get. I just got my package less than 5 minutes ago and it was not what is advertised. They also failed to put MY receipt in there. They put someone elses receipt from another state.
MY SHOE SIZE IS A 12 ;I ORDER A LG/XL WITH THE COST TO RETURN THE ITEM I HAVE TO KEEP IT MAY BE IT WILL MAKE A GOOD DUST COLLECTOR I WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN [ IT DON'T FIT , THEY DON'T MAKE A LARGER SIZE] . . BE CAREFUL IF YOU BUY FROM THIS SELLER .
Caused more pain and does not fit well
I have 2 spurs in my heel and the gel insert is too hard and uncomfortable. I don't recommended for people with spurs.
The product did not work. There was no cushioning feel at at all. It was just like I wasn't wearing it .
This is overpriced, especially considering that you do not get what is pictured here. The item you receive is narrower, does not stay in place, and cuts off blood circulation, causing more pain than it relieves.
