The gripping tool supplied works but doesn't grip jewelry very well. The steam pressure cleans deep and fast, immediately removing soap and scum. But the high-pressure steam requires a tool that grips the jewelry firmly and allows you to manipulate it to get every crevice. It's a little difficult with the tool supplied but the machine itself works fantastic. It produces beautiful sparkling jewels within seconds.

Works really good! No more taking the jewelry to the jewelry store for a cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The SF-1000 Jule Steam Jewelry cleaner does a great job maintaining the beauty of my jewelry. It is very simple to use. I just add water with the convenient water cup that comes with it, turn it on and let it build up into steam. There is a blue light that comes on that lets me know when it is ready for use. I like that I have the option to do short bursts of steam, or I can set it to do a solid stream of steam. There is a catch basin that will accumulate the steam so that I don't have a mess all over my counters. The machine comes with tweezers that are conveniently held to the back of the unit so that they do not get lost. These are necessary to prevent burns to fingers. The steam really helps to loosen up any grime on my rings so that they look like new again. I still use a little brush to help clean out the lotion from my rings, but the steam helps to loosen it well. The unit itself is small enough to store it under my bathroom sink. Overall, I am very pleased with this jewelry cleaner. It is made well and performs perfectly.

It takes a minute or so for the water to heat up and be ready to steam, but after that I was able to steam a lot of jewelry on one fill up. My rings and earrings came out very clean and the machine didnt damage anything.

Super easy to set up and use and I love how safe it is for my jewelry (not that I have anything super expensive) but it still makes the pieces I do have last longer.

I was looking for a high end steam machine for my jewelry but it is a good Steamer. Looks and sounds the same but not nearly as hot when done like when you get it back at a jeweler. It was clean but not much more than toothbrush clean and you have to store it.
