THE ONE THAT WORKS
KEASILY PUT TOGETHER AND WORKS BEAUTIFULLY WRINKLES EASILY REMOVED WHEELS PROVIDE A EASY MOVEMENT FOR BACK TO FRONT ACCESS AND HANGER IS JUST A GREAT ASSET TO ANY STEAMER THIS ONE WORKS!!!!!!

this machine is awesome, I used destille water because I want it to last me a long time. i did a whole wedding dress, dresses, pants , shirts, all the table cloths 16 of it , 72 bows etc. it already has paid for itself

Works really well. The only thing that I didn't like, the water tank jas a risge around the water fill/empty hole so its impossible to get all the water out. I jad to leave it open for several days to let the last bit of water evaporate out.

Good price, weak product
Easy setup and good physical design. Has some good features, like the hangar, and I like how portable it is. Unfortunately it doesn't get tough wrinkles out very well or at all. When it did, it took a while. I hate using irons, but I would have preferred that over this.

low performance item
did not like the flimsy set up for holding up graments. my hand steamer was getting wrinkles out better and with less strokes, so I am returning this and trying a different one.
