I bought this garment steamer thinking, “Eh, maybe it'll help a little.” Turns out, this thing is basically a spa day for my clothes. Plug it in, turn it on, wait a few seconds, and BOOM—wrinkles vanish faster than my motivation on a Monday morning. It's lightweight, easy to use, and honestly kind of therapeutic. Watching steam puff out like a tiny dragon while my shirt goes from crumpled mess to runway-ready? Chef's kiss. If you've ever wrestled with an iron and thought, “There has to be a better way,” this is it. My clothes are so smooth Highly recommend—your wardrobe will thank you, and you'll feel like a magician every time you use it.

I use to have a small hand held steamer and after one garment I will have to refill the water compartment to steam another piece. When I bought this one it was so much better. I recently purchased it to steam clothes, but was able to steam my backdrop for family photos. I would recommend this steamer if you're looking to steam larger items and clothing.

I bought this as a gift for my sister-in-law who dresses professionally every day and it has become an every day used appliance in her home. She absolutely loves it and I purchased it at Christmas time and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received it.

I bought this for my son for Christmas, he really finds the machine quick and easy to steam his garments, The other one he had started leaking always creating a mess, so to try and make life a lil easier for him I bought this one he's really enjoying the time he. saves while getting ready for work. all items he steams , shirts and suits always look professionaly steamed , it's a great product and easy to use

Great product. Easy to put together, gets HOT fast, works great, settings are adjustable. Easily movable as it has wheels . Easily able to retract the stand to travel with.

I originally purchased this steamer to steam the wrinkles out of my curtains. It worked so great. I started using it on clothes and this has got to be the best purchase I've ever made. I've always hated ironing, and now I don't have to!

I like this product very much. I just wish the telescopic pole could raise a little higher than it does. The hose is very stiff so at the poles full extension you are having to pull the steamer up a little more to get it in the holder. That being said I would purchase the item again. I had a previous Steam Fast handheld steamer and used it for years until it died. I haven't used an iron in YEARS! Steaming is the way to go.

Used one time and stored in the closet, emptied and dried. Used according to the instructions. Took it out a few months later to steam clothing for a big event and the steam was intermittent. It would be working for ten seconds then fizzle out and then the item just continues to heat up without emitting steam. After ten minutes of trying it did not emit any steam ever again. Tried different outlets and settings. The hose gets extremely hot. Turned off and waited a bit of time and tried again. Nothing. Just gets super hot. Used once and never worked again.

We picked up our order today. When we got home and tried to assemble it, it smelled strongly of a cleaning solution, obviously used, and was cracked so it didn't retain water. We live at least an hour from our local Walmart and are beyond frustrated because we needed a steamer immediately.
