The springform pan holds its form and doesn't leak when adding cheesecake batter. It effortlessly slides out when baked. So far I've had a really great experience with the pan.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Good Cook 10" Non Stick Spring Form Pan and it works great for some cakes and not so great for others. I think the thicker the batter the better on these pans. This one has a great non-stick coating and I really like how easy it its to lock/unlock. It works great for making my frozen desserts and my thick cheesecakes. Be careful when using a really runny batter you may have issues with it leaking. But other than that its a great size pan and works wonderfully.

It has a nice non stick coating and the spring release moves and opens easily. The pan is a lighter weight than some of my more expensive bakeware, but it still seems to cook evenly and get the job done. I'm glad to have it!

It has easy removal of your baked snack and it is easy to clean. I did not experience any leaking. In fact the spring moves nicely when opening. The bottom did not buckle at all. I use this pan for many items...cakes, chees cake, cinnamon bread, brownies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good springform pan to keep on hand if you do not use one often. It is a large 10.25 inches and features a non-stick coating. I had no trouble with my contents leaking while I was cooking. I would recommend not putting this pan into the dishwasher and washing it by hand instead. Doing so will help increase the longevity of the product.
