Fir perfect sounded perfect but returned item because of countless times I had to spend over thirty minutes having to reconnect the headset and I would take an hour many times it would disconnect at random fully charged and wouldn’t reconnect other than that it’s my favorite headset wish it just didn’t have connection issues

If you want these for strictly gaming and not really using them to talk to others these are great. The sound is amazing in these and the app give me you a preset for pretty much every major game. However the microphone sounds like a basic Bluetooth phone headset form like 2010

Stopped working after only 3 weeks

I wasn’t even in the market for these. I'm not someone who usually spends a lot on earbuds...I've always leaned toward over-ear headsets because they felt like the "best" option. But headsets are bulky and a bit restrictive. I picked these up because I liked the look… and they ended up completely replacing my headset. The sound is clean and immersive without being overwhelming, and the mic quality is surprisingly solid for something this compact. I can jump between gaming, calls, and everyday use without changing anything...that flexibility has been huge. Everything from the ordering process (including the engraving option) to the hardware itself feels like a premium experience. The gestures are intuitive and easy to remember, and even the packaging/setup felt thoughtful instead of generic. Switching between Bluetooth (phone/PC) and 2.4GHz (Xbox) is quick and seamless. If I had one small critique, I'd love to see a slightly slimmer in-ear profile—but that's minor compared to how well these perform overall. I wasn't even the target customer...still sold. Stellar product, stellar company.

While these buds had a great start, they've given me so much stress. They keep messing with my settings to talk to my friends on discord where mid game, it'll change my chat out of discord and my only option to fix it is to either reset my xbox, or connect to my old headset. Never had this with any other headset. Sorry but it's been a poor experience. Will have to infest in replacing them.

Overall the ear buds are a nice product, they look nice and feel like a solid set. The case is nice and smooth and pretty small making it compact to travel with. For me personally, the ear buds hurt the inside of my ears. I really wanted to use these on my Xbox cause I hate having wires everywhere for headsets and the over ear ones are nice but so bulky. I probably won't keep them because they are painful to use.

Been using them for just under a month. I wanted to change from a typically headset as they can be uncomfortable with glasses. The audio quality is solid, certainly can hear the same as a mid to high range headset. The microphone has not got the same quality output as an extended mouth piece from a headset (obviously), but it isn't bad and the sound isn't too muffled to be unheard or misunderstood. The app is a good feature but honestly don't really use having found a preset type that works for me. Only issue was a whispering sound when in ANC mode, I assume this is the frequency that ANC mode uses and was coming through somehow. Also worth mentioning it probably that the product is slightly expensive

Doesnt do dual audio and for the price its pretty mid audio and comfort.

I bought my first pair last year and thoroughly enjoyed them. I enjoy have the ear buds because it doesn't make my head feel heavy or place pressure on my temples or ears. They are quite durable and last a good and long time. Quite frankly, I do not plan on buying another headset. It is gaming buds for me.

i bought this a month ago and i have been using it in gaming and at work because the sound quality is so great and the noise cancelling features can cancel out the loudness of heavy machinery
