Amazing and worth it

Joshua January 10, 2026

I have absolutely no complaints about these headphones. Then again spending this kind of money on them I would hope I wouldn't.

Great all rounder

Happy User April 14, 2026

Got these to replace a 7 year old pair of HyperX. Instant upgrade in sound quality and comfort. The side tone feature has also saved my girlfriend and neighbors the grief of hearing me accidentally yelling to hear myself over the noise of the game and chat. Legit this feature is amazing once you get used to it. Battery life is great and I just stick it on charge when I'm not using it anyway so doubt I'll ever see it run out.

Fantastic

RolandoSal00 May 18, 2026

Had the PC version about 2 weeks ago and it was the best headset I had ever touched. The sound quality was amazing and it had very good noise cancellation. The muffs are very comfortable and the band that is on top adds to the comfort on the top of the head. I also really like the feature that lets me connect to both my pc and my phone at the same time, because I like to watch videos and listen to podcasts while playing, but don't have a second monitor to do all of that with, do that feature is great for my situation.

Excellent sound quality

Transformer991 April 3, 2026

From opening the box I was astounded by the style and quality of these headphones. With very solid construction they feel that they will not fall apart like my Sony Elites did. They are very comfortable to wear for long gaming sessions, with an amazing battery life. You can hear every detail with great accuracy and positioning which has actually improved my gaming skills. Hand down these are the best headphones I have ever owned.

Pretty much no downsides.

Asior58 March 29, 2026

I have them for a month now and they been serving me well. They mute decent amount of background noise despite not having ANC. Batery life is satisfactory, and they offer a wide range of various features with the app. The only complaint i have is that the material around ears is crackling sometimes, being slightly annoying.

Good, but replace the Ear Pads

DarkAphelion April 21, 2026

Got the nova 7's because I heard they were good for people with bigass melon heads like me (also being a glasses wearer) but I've had to order new, bigger ear pads because the tops of my ears are getting too sore from the clamp force. A pair of thicker ear pads and a little bit of careful bending of the aluminium top arch of the headset should fix it. Otherwise a good headset, I like that the top arch is metal rather than plastic. I like the controls available (even if I think the main volume wheel being on the opposite side from the power button is an odd design choice). I like that the mic is retractable and sits flush with the side of the headphones. Honestly, they'd be nearly perfect if I didn't have such a melon head

high quality build, great sound

zbsteelseries May 13, 2026

bought it some weeks ago, high quality build, great sound. the ability to customize sound for so many different games with one click is amazing. The only minor issue I have is, with glasses on, over long time, there is discomfort over the area of eye glasses legs contact w/ ear, which is common for headset, but I was expecting more comfortable given the 'max comfort' feature.... hope it can improve in some way.

Confortable

Connyake April 20, 2026

This headset is really confortable. I tend to get headaches of headsets when they press on my ears or glasses. But this is not too loose and not to hard. I haven't had it for long, maybe two months, but I think the build quality seems decent. Both speakers and microphone has a really good sound. I only gave it a 4/5 because I think the Windows app is not that intuitive and one time I could hear myself through the microphone.

Disappointing Performance

Anonymous May 15, 2026

The headset is very comfortable to wear, even during long gaming sessions, which is definitely a big plus. However, there are several issues that make the overall experience disappointing. The ChatMix feature does not work properly and often behaves inconsistently. On top of that, the app is unreliable and frequently refuses to open, even when running it as administrator. Another major disappointment is the engraving on the headphones. After only three months, it has already worn off and is no longer readable, which feels like very poor quality for a premium product. The microphone quality is also quite bad. People constantly tell me that I sound like a robot or like I'm speaking through a tin can, which makes communication frustrating. Overall, the comfort is great, but the software issues, poor microphone quality, and weak durability make it hard to recommend this headset.

Not for me, but pretty cool

SamG777 April 19, 2026

I ordered this so I could listen to music and play my game at the same time without being tied down with wired connection, but it was a little too high tech for me. Could hear myself talking even after adjusting based on set up guide, suggestions online, and videos. Ended up returning after spending two days trying to figure it out. The product itself was nice, comfortable, and packaged well. Just didn't work out for me!
