The 3D sound you can literally hear completely all around your head and it's so clear. I love that you can do Bluetooth wireless or connection. I love how the headset forms to my head. Right out of the box I could feel and see the high quality design and materials. It adjusts easily for a comfortable customized fit. It pairs fast with my phone. The mic was a little hard to locate at first because it is tucked in, and my fourteen year old couldn't locate it. But after a while we found it together. The Bluetooth was an easy set up. They are also super comfortable. They are his best one.

I am able to clearly hear even the slightest sounds in my game but not hear the other gamers' outside noises at all. The setup was fast and easy - all I had to do was plug in the dongle and the cord and the pairing was done almost instantly. The fit comfortably on my head without the pressure headache I have gotten from other headphones and the earmuffs fit completely over my ears without sliding off. The hideable microphone is awesome because when I need it I lightly pull it from it's hidden spot and the voice quality is crisp and not garbled. I also like that it is flush when not in use so I don't worry about damaging it. The versatility between using Arctis headphones is a great bonus. I used them on my PS4, my iPod, my stereo and with my smart tv all with no loss of quality. The fast charge rocks! Literally 10 minutes of charging and I used the for over 5 hours! Watching the light level changes is a really nice feature. I can tell roughtly where the charge is just by the color. So impressed with these headphones that I'm thinking that they'll be a gift to the hubby in the future!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have the best sound out of every Bluetooth headphone/set. Comfortable ear cushions and head rest that keeps pressure off your skull. They preform well with excellent battery life. I will say they look quite sleek on, not too flashy. Inside the box was a cute paper robot to fold, I had some fun with that. Definitely loving this brand.

After a full charge while using it. It would shut randomly. It probably was just a defective one. Sound was good, the fit was excellent and the Mic was excellent everyone could hear me. Hearing others was good. I will be buying another one later hopefully i dont have the random shutoffs. Only terrible thing i experienced.

Sound was horrible. My skull candies are way better than these. The retractable mic was cool looking but other than that these headphones are horrible for that price
