I bought these 2 months ago as my old razer ones broke the charge of the arctic is amazing 20 minutes will get you a good few hours a lot light than my last ones my only problem is it it is you can't access the presets unless you own a pc or laptop I'm on Xbox so don't get any benefit of the presets but other than that headphones are good crisps clear sound

I bought this a little over a month ago for my Xbox gaming sessions. At first, the dongle would not work properly but that was fixed after updating the firmware. Now it works seamlessly with my xbox and the flexibility with the configuration definitely helps. Easy to use, good quality sound and also when using it for more than a couple of hours it stays comfortable.

Just bought this headset a month ago, it's really nice it connect on different devices at once. Connect it with the dongle onto my pc and with bluetooth to my Iphone. The sound is very good. The buttons are very easy to use and also the volume and switching between party and game is very easy. It's also very comfortable. I first had the pulse 3d from playstation but this is def. Next level. Also have an Xbox elite headset but that was to small and more heavy. With the Nova Arctis X I can play for hours no sweaty ears or anything. So I would def. Reccomand this.

I bought this headset for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day after his brother recommended them to me, saying “they are the comfiest you can get” and he was so right, I've tried them on myself and they are very luxurious feeling! My boyfriend previously had a turtle beach headset which broke with wear and tear, so he was due an upgrade to something sturdier! He is very happy and loves his new headset!

I bought this for a couple of weeks now and the sound is amazing. So detaild and great 3D experience. And combined with DTS system is out of the League. It makes them even more powerfull and amazing. And they are very comfortable. I recommend these headset. Worth the money

Really high quality finish with soft materials used for padding on over ear pieces. The headset slides smoothly the extend depending on the size you require. The box comes with a USB-C dongle that you can plug into your console or laptop. Easy to connect to dongle, it's pre paired so just turning the headset on connects straight away. You also have the option to conn eat over Bluetooth. Again, a simple long press of the button pairs quickly to any other Bluetooth device. The sound quality is very good and very clear, there is a switch to alter the sound depending on if you're using a console gaming or on a laptop. One very good feature I love is the fact you can conn eat to two separate devices at the same time, for example in my case I connected to the dongle on my PC and Bluetooth on my phone. So when working or gaming I can listen to my phones music or social media at the same time. There is a mic that slides out neatly from the left earpiece and is extendable to your requirements and is bendable so can adjust to suit your needs. Overall, very impressed and well worth investing in.

Amazing headset but can not figure out how to turn off mic monitoring. I've gotten used to it but still is inconvenient.
