Severely Disappointed
The headset itself seems to be great, my son likes it. It is a bit odd for him to not have the mic visible, but he is getting used to it. The headset was supposed to come with an adapter per the description on the box and online, it did not come with one. The adapter was literally removed by bargain pro?s and then sent. Which means they literally opened the box and removed the adapter that comes with it, there is a space for the adapter, but as I?ve said they remove it. This is ridiculous and I would not have even bought the headset if I would have known they were going to take out the very piece you need to use the headset. I emailed the company which has zero customer service, so I won?t be getting anything from bargain pro?s again. The only reason they are getting a two-star rating is because my son likes the headset. **Luckily I had the adapter they stole out of the box from a controller I had bought a while back**
