Glad I finally stumbled across this product. It was hard to find one that worked on my stock height F350. Installation was straightforward. Well built, 1/4” thick steel parts.
We have a 2020 F550 4wd with a utility bed that start to produce a death wobble when towing. All suspension components checked out good, so we opted to install this kit. Works great.
Driving an F250 with a 36' travel trailer up and down the the New England mountain ranges can be challenging enough and after years of tight , nerve racking , white knuckle driving with your family in the vehicle we wanted to go farther and smoother while on the road. These new dual stabilizer are excellent, took less than an hour to install without the need for a jack or stand. Just drive it north to Vermont and this salty Marine can honestly say we had a smooth ride. Amazing product l, I recommend to all travel trailer / camper enthusiasts .
Awesome big difference in driving more stable for sure does it's job
Satisfied
I have a zero lift 2008 F250 SD and this kit went in and works great. I am running 35's (on a 17" rim and not low profile tires), so road conditions (or no roads) would pull the steering wheel every now and then. I did not purchase this kit for "Death Wobble". I did leave my stock location stabilizer in as I felt it wasn't doing much anymore (I will probably remove it in the near future). I wanted to see if it was exactly as advertised! I feel that if you go with a wider heavier tire this is an economical kit that works very well for you!
After many attempts to rid my f250 of the death wobble this did the trick! Tried other stabilizer kits with no luck, the superior brackets in this kit made the difference
Bushing sleeves on end of shock are wrong and do not work with the provided hardware. Had to buy correct ones and turn them down to correct length. Did it myself because trying to describe this problem to someone in customer service so they could understand would be a nightmare. Bring back the days where the people that work at automotive parts companies know about cars. Sincerely, the people to buy your stuff That are fed up.
Love the fixtures, love the install
By removing the wire retainers on the tie rods it allows the tie rod bar to rotate putting them out of alignment. That is why they are there in the first place. Truck started to pull to the right. Got an alignment and it showed tie rod bar turning allowing the toe to go one way.
