Step2 All Around Wagon

Purchased this wagon as a Christmas present for my 2 grandchildren (2 years old and newborn). The wagon wasn't hard to assemble, which is important when you are doing this the day before Chrismas. Pleased with the look of the wagon, and the handle is long enough for my tall son in law to use with no problem. The 2 year old was thrilled with the wagon, he was able to get in and out by himself and loved the door. I also purchased the radio flyer canopy for their comfort and protection when they are out in the summer. Looks like this will work well for the many trips to the zoo, beach etc. I like the way the handle folds down for transport. Also, the wagon was easy to manuever, which is one of the reasons we choose this wagon over the other brands.

Other than for the instructions, this product met full expectations. The handle is nice and long which solves the issue of the wagon running up your heels. The seat belts are a bonus! I just wish that the wagon came in a bigger size so the Grandma could sit in it and the kiddies could pull her around!!!

The door is a little tricky. The storage areas don't seem too sturdy but we will see! My Grandson loves it so that's what matters!

my very tall (40") 3 year old grandson loves his birthday present. My daughter said it came sooner than expected, in good shape and has enough room for him and a friend to ride in. Turns on a dime!.

I researched wagons and this was this best wagon for price, features, durability and safety. I especially like that the handle is attached to the wheels for better steering. I also love the outer trunk to store item in.

I noted in some of the reviews that the assembly instructions were hard to follow, so I watched a YouTube video by a guy which I though would help. In spite of that here are the problems I had assembling it: 1. The plastic insert for one of the front wheels was not in the body of the wagon so I have to order the part from the manufacturer. They are not open on weekends which was frustrating. 2. The instructions are not in order and they do not identify the parts that compose the "storage trunk" of the newest model. They show how to assemble it, but you don't know what you are trying to assemble. 3. I put on the rear wheels and axle and then determined the "trunk" goes on the rear axle. So then it was a major operation to remove the hub which is held on by a compression ring. 4. This wagon took me 3 hours to assemble and the right front wheel is still not on awaiting a part. 5. With just a bit bigger box, they could send this already assembled except for the front handle. 6. I'm a darn Civil Engineer and I know how to read instructions and put things together. But this was very irritating for no good reason other than they don't have an assembly video on their website and their paper instructions, which are fuzzy black and white, are just terrible. In summary, if you buy watch a YouTube video and make sure you put that light brown trunk on the back axle before you put on the second rear wheel!

This may have been a nice wagon if none of the parts were missing. When I opened the box, it was missing the rods to attach the wheels to the body. Luckily I was able to return it at a local Walmart instead of returning it through the mail. I have a 4 year old daughter and this wagon would have been a bit too small. I bought a different one from Toys R Us instead.

I ordered two of these for my niece's Christmas presents. Both wagons had deep scratches in the plastic in several areas. One wagon was missing the bolt that holds the door on. This piece wasn't part of the assembly. It should have already been on the wagon as it was on the other one. Very disappointed.
