Step2 Deluxe Canyon Road & Train Table and Kids Activity Table

My toddler loves this table. I took the advice of another review and added sticky Lego to the other side and now it serves two purposes. I probably will have to upgrade to wooden tracks at some point but right now we aren't fixing tracks every 2 mins.

I bought this for my 1 year old son. This is perfect train table for my son. Since he cannot build the train tracks, this one work great for him, if in the future he want to build one he can do it on the Table cover (comes with this). Moving train does not fall off this table, because the edge of the table is not totally flat. So it is great for wooden tracks too. I am planing to buy the train tracks from Ikea for this table, when he is ready for it. I use this table also as a coffee table for my living room, since we live in the City. We have small living room, so this is also a great option for small space. This table is very functional, very light and strong at the same time. My daughter use this as a homework table too. What I like about this, is the white table top easy to clean and when I had to take pictures of the product that I sell on eBay. This table is perfect for it. I also bought same table for my cousin's 18 month old son who lives in the same building. They love it too. And I am planing to give this as a birthday gift to my sister in law's son when he turns 1 next year. I just love it, and I am sure you will too. The price is great too.

We have a three year old son and we play cars all the time and this was a great item since our living room is carpet and a little hard to play on. We use the hard top for coloring, games and putting other toys together! I love it and it keeps everyone in the living room playing together!

My grandson is almost 3 years old and just loves this track table. It is very easy to put together, but I suggest you place the decals on it first, then follow with the attaching the bridges/overpasses. It will make it much easier. The table top is a nice weight; ideal for puzzles, crafts and games. I bought extra cars; Matchbox and Hot Wheels cars/trucks (1-1/2" wide) and they work great!

We bought this train table for our grandson for Christmas and it was by far his favorite Christmas gift! We had a hard time dragging him away from his train table to open his other gifts! Now we're almost in March and everytime Jonathan comes over, if he doesn't have me chasing him around the house, we're playing with his train table. He gets totally into playing with the trains and can entertain himself (and me) for quite awhile.

I have spent a lot of money on the take & play Thomas sets and trains. I looked at 'official' Thomas train tables and could not believe the prices. My grandson is almost 2 1/2 & is obsessed with Thomas! We live in a small place so the trains were taking over my living room coffee table! This works great and was not hard to put together. I would ignore the instructions that tell you to put the bridges in before all the decals because it's easier to apply them w/o obstacles. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Love it! My kids love it!

My 2 year old son is in love with trains and I know he's going to love opening this on Christmas morning. The dual purpose (flat top for drawing/coloring) is perfect for both my 2 year old and 7 year old. Now they'll have a place to color/draw/do puzzles etc!

All 3 kids play with this table. 1, 3, and 10 year old. Great sturdy table.

Bought this for my boy for X-mas 2012. He is 3 and turning 4 in June. He loved the play set, played with it for hours on X-mas day and used a lot of his other cars in the actual track set. Shipping came along nicely, before X-mas, the cost i feel was reasonable. I was a bit disappointed with the 3 trains that came with it, they seemed very low quality, but I planned ahead and bought him a "Thomas the Train" 3 piece set and some match box cars. Not sure if I can add to the track set as time goes on or not but when my boy doesn't play with the train set, we will just use it as a coffee table since we don't have one. Overall, its a good item for the price if you think your kids like these type of toys.
