Step2 Downtown Delights Plastic Play Kitchen with 24 Piece Play Set

We got this for our daughter for her 1st birthday. She absolutely loves it. Can't reach everything up high but loves pretending to wash her hands (you know you have a covid baby), taking things from the fridge, and pulling the little baskets out. It was tough, but not too touch putting it together. The roughest part was screwing everything. There aren't actual holes just indentations in the plastic. Probably wouldn't be an issue for most, but being smaller framed, I swear muscles in my back I didn't know were there were hurting! Overall we are super happy with this purchase!

I bought two of these for my granddaughters living in separate states. I love the modern look of the faucet, the sink has room for multiple dishes, many kitchen set sinks barely fit a single plate. The burners light up and make cooking sounds. Comes with a decent amount of accessories. My favorite are that the oven, microwave and refrigerator have see though doors as opposed to a sticker depiction of glass. I previously bought a wooden kitchen set thinking it would last, however don't be fooled by the word wooden they are made from pressed wood chips and tthe refrigerator door broke off in a week and less than a month later the oven door did the same, taking a chunk of the so called wood with the screws. Worthless and dangerous. I highly recommend this step 2 kitchen set. Worth every penny.

I bought the Downtown Delights Kitchen for my 2 year old twin Grandsons birthday. Right out of the wrapping they played with it a solid 2 hours. No fighting over toys, no whining. They played pretend organizing, or not, and cooking including pretend tasting. They shared all the accessories and jabbered through the whole 2 hours. It was so fun to watch them. Great purchase and prompt shipping. Assembly took 2 people but direction were good. I suggest you pre-drill small holes where all the screws go and tighten well. We used a small drill and bit for this.

My 3-year old granddaughter loves her kitchen. It is quite sturdy, and she loves the clicking sounds the knobs make when you turn them as well as the sizzling sounds as she cooks on the stove.

I shopped online for the kitchens to serve our need for 3 weeks. Read every review. I have to say this on is described perfectly. It's very cute but it really has no counter space. I really could not find one out there that you could set all the fun appliances they sell now. All of her cute toasters, blenders etc are all on the floor where she has to set it play with them. If you find one out there with more counter space, I recommend buying it. You'll probably end up buying all the cute appliances out there and in the same dilemma.

Love this kitchen! The neutral colors are what caught my eye but for the price its very sturdy and has great features. The only thing I wish is that it had more sound or play features but my toddler absolutely loves it and it looks great in the playroom. I had a lot of difficulty putting this together, as others mentioned there are no pre-drilled holes. I really struggled with putting the hooks on at the end, but managed to do so after using a screwdriver to widen the holes.

The kitchen set was fairly easy to put together but definitely time consuming for me. The holes are not pre-drilled and my strength is not the best due to physical ailments. I used a hammer and screw to get my holes started. Overall, not too bad and the kids love it!

The fact that there are no holes for the screws can be a little frustrating. I knew this already because I read the reviews so I sucked it up and got to working. Once you get your own flow going and get past the "no holes" situation, it is easy to assemble. My 2yr old loves it and I definitely would recommend this product to others.

My daughter loves this kitchen! It's very cute and she loves putting things in the fridge and oven. Only downside is boy was it a pain to put together! There were no pre drilled holes for the screws, so you had to use a drill. The instructions were not great either. The 3 different sizes of screws came all jumbled up in one bag. So it is cute, but a pain to put together.
