Step2 Heart of the Home Brown Toddler Play Kitchen Set

I decided on this kitchen for my 5 year old who loves to pretend to cook, I chose this one because it is taller than most I found but the price was still affordable. He also has to share with his 2 year old brother who has already knocked it down and it is holding up very well so far. Even their 9 year old brother has come in to cook them dinner in to oven or microwave! It has been an all around win in my house!

I purchased this kitchen for my 26 month old granddaughter and she loves it. From my perspective, the kitchen is adorable. I love the little dog dishes under the sink. It comes with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. She plays with every single thing - loves the phone. My daughter-in-law even commented that her room had actually stayed pretty neat lately. It seems that my grandbaby hasn't been dragging out every toy she has in her toy box, but is spending most of her time just playing with the kitchen. So far it's been worth every penny spent. It's also pretty large. I think she will be able to enjoy this for several years to come.

This kitchen is adorable! my daughter is one and can play in the sink as well as open and close the oven and fridge door which she loves doing. She enjoys the baskets on the side and putting items in and out of them, it came with everything we needed. not to many small items for mommy to pick up. I really enjoy the reusable shopping bag and the recycle bin so i can teach her at a young age about doing good for our earth! It took her dad about 30 minutes to put together while i put on the doors and stickers. our stickers were a bit crumbled but we smoothed them out once on the kitchen and now you can't even tell.. Love Love love it!

I was tired the day the kitchen set arrived but my granddaughter was so excited about it I went on and put it together. Wow, no problem - set up was super easy. It has just enough dishes, etc, and my granddaughter especially loves the stove. It's the first place she goes when she arrives at my house. It's easy to move so I can clean behind it and so far seems very sturdy. I would certainly recommend this to anyone with little ones or who keeps little ones often.

I was able to put this together by myself without an electric screwdriver. It took a little longer, but overall, about an hour or so. I also recommend putting the stickers on before putting it together. I got this for my 16 month old son. The size is great for him to grow into over time.

This was a Birthday gift for my granddaughter who was turning 3 years old. It was just the right size for her, but not too small for her 8 year old sister to play as well. Easy to assemble. Lots of details to keep them entertained and comes with plastic food as well! Burners make sizzling sound or boiling water sound, making cooking more realistic. They love it!

Bought for Christmas present for young granddaughter. Her parents put the kitchen together with ease. The only concern is that there are no backs to screws when putting pieces together. I hope the kitchen lasts as long as the Fisher-Price one my daughter had growing up! I know granddaughter will have a lot of fun with the kitchen. My mission now is to find a cuddly soft dog to go with the dog eating station!!!

I found the best price for this kitchen at Walmart, and you cant beat free shipping. Although I wish it had a few more IT features (ie, noises when you press microwave), it had enough to keep my 2 year old happy. My 8 month old already wants to use it, so I cant complain :-) I slapped on the stickers and my husband used a drill to put it together (use the drill gently); took us about 1 1/2 hours. Great buy.

I can only give my initial impressions as we haven't even given it to our daughter yet for Christmas. Package arrived quickly and packaging was adequate and expected. All parts were included and set up took about 20 minutes even being careful placing the stickers. I recommend a good wipe down before adding the stickers. It seems like a solid piece when you finish and it was a great value compared to the other 50 or so that I looked at online. I am only giving a rating because as I said my daughter hasn't even seen it yet let alone played with it but I expect it will make 5 stars.

I was very excited when I saw this online. It has everything a child could want in a play kitchen even a place for a stuffed dog. However, the first one I ordered had no holes drilled where the screws are meant to go. It is very large and a pain to return. I ordered a new one hoping the holes would be drilled, but once again - no holes. Very disappointed, but we kept it and hoping at some point I can get someone to help screw holes so it doesn't keep falling apart.
