Durable mailbox
It came fast and it was easy to put together. I had the same one for 2 years until someone hit it so I bought the same one again. It is very nice and durable.

The door construction
Nice and sturdy mailbox and post with very easy assembly and good looks. The only problem is with the way the metal piece on the door Is attached. When you close the door the magnet pulls the metal out of the door. I fixed this by taping the metal piece in. The small amount of tape added enough resistance to keep the metal in place. This is something that Step2 should revise as I have seen other similar comments on the issue. Given that I would still purchase the mailbox again.

Great looking mailbox!
This is a great looking mailbox! Very roomy for packages, and the newspaper holder protects the paper from the elements. It looks more like a traditional mailbox than a lot of other plastic mailboxes I see. The one thing I don't like is the flag isn't red! Other than that we are very satisfied.

DON'T WATE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!
I ordered this thinking it's a heavy duty mailbox from the looks of it but once it was put up I cannot believe hoe flimsy it is. It almost feels like a toy mailbox and just waiting for it to get blown away by the wind. I did hire someone to install this and if I had a choice to go out there and to remove it and take it back I would but I can't cause it's cemented in ground. At least that part won't get blown away LOL. What a waste of money and shame on Walmart for selling something so cheap and that belongs at the dollar store if that.

Damaged mailbox
Received item not in good shape a lot of scratches plastic warped in the back wouldn't fit correctly to the post had a hard time installing it the plastic in for it to fit inside the insert of the post wouldn't fit flush. Can you please have the seller contact me not worth the money had no choice to install it because I had no mailbox.
