Stepper & Rower Assembly (for items $300 and less)

I actually paid for someone to come over and put this exercise bike together. It only took him a few minutes. I have used it. You're not used to exercise and it's automatically gonna be hard on you, but I am seeing some positive results from using this bike.

Angie takes 60% of cost and the person doing the job only gets 40%!!!! That is terrible. I found this out before the person came to install and he was terrific. But will never use Angi again when they take horrible care of those they hire. Just terrible it should be reversed!! 60% to person doing the work and 40% to Angi. Walmart you are too good of a retail business to partner with Angi - find new installer company.

First, the ANGI pro that came to assemble was fabulous and on time. But he was the second pro to be scheduled . When the original day and time pro was a no show, ANGI was less than accommodating, and NO sense that the responder to my inquiry even cared. I would NEVER personally use ANGI because of the lack of customer service when their pro no showed. The ANGI platform is very clear that if the customer was the one to reschedule within the 24 hour arrival window would be charged. I waited all day for the pro to show and not a word that they would not.

Don't bother if you lose internet zThus not getting to the email there are only mechanical responses telling you to use the email.. no matter what Could not geta human to respond. So unable to verify assembly for $99 Unable to find a human and Walmart was no help Stated that the phone number was it thus back to email that coul not be accessed. Going for my $99 as not paying someone when I had to stress to assemble. Health issues. So no thanks to these clowns. Too important to talk to customers

I am so angry, first it took forever to come. Now I am here with the company that is doing the assembly. I was told upon purchase they would throw out trash and move it to the area I wanted it. This man said NO HE IS ONLY DOING ASSEMBLY THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM Walmart AGAIN

the service was not available in the small town where the item was sent as a gift. i am unsure why they could not be honest from the start and say they did not have anyone to do the job. I asked day one and they said if they did not have a "pro" in the area the appointment would not have been booked. They kept making and rescheduling the appointment for set up. Happened 3 or so times before they finally admitted they had no one to do the work and cancelled and refunded my money. Also you have to download the angi app to use this service. it was a waste of my time and i would not try it again. rating was required but you can not put less than one star or i would have.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! 3rd party seller, unable to use the manufacturers warranty because they do not have a direct contact number, sent an email and no response back. Also if need it assembled do not let Walmart book your assembly based on the estimated arrival date because if you have to cancel or reschedule with Angi they are a pain to rebook, still waiting on a supervisors call from them. And the item looked used(no clear plastic or protective cover over the screen) very heavy and you will have to deal with doing a return which took forever. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

it wasn't assembled it was put on the front door and it came late. i took off work because they told it was coming on the 8th by 8pm it came the next day

They schedule an appointment without consulting. It was easy to change it but then you have to wait for one of their pros to accept. I learned the evening before that no pro had accepted the appointment and that notification came with an alternative schedule, also without confirming a pro. This went on 3 times and I finally decided to assemble the product on my own. Everything is conducted by email and app, no way to call anyone. However, I will give them kudos for their responsiveness to emails.

Simply horrible could not be worse they sent an installer out allocated two hours he spent five hours then left in frustration being unable to construct the purchased item several emails even phone calls have followed they rescheduled another installer to come to hours before the appointment he canceled more emails more phone calls and still awaiting a reasonable solution To them to finally properly construct the product I Purchased could not be worse unprofessional and unknowledgeable to install an important piece of exercise equipment that could be very dangerous to use shouldn't not be installed by a professional who is familiar with the product do not use them
