I just received my totes and would highly recommend! They arrived quickly, no cracks and nothing missing as i was a little worried from reading others reviews but I have 0 bad to say. Overall they are excellent and heavier duty then i expected which is a huge plus! fast shipping and great product.

I really like the size and the fact it has wheels and a handle to pull it around. I'm a senior with a bad hip so its hard for me to carry other bins around.

They dont know how to ships these, ALL the box arrived broken and opened; half of them the came completely broken. There is no padding, and the way the packages are treated it's a bad gabble for them not arriving shattered. As for the product itself, it not being able to reliably travel intact is 1/5 on quality. Would not recommend to anyone you like.

Just got home but when I opened the box one of the storage bins was broken in small pieces at the top near the handle. I guess the driver set it down too hard on the porch. It is only one that is damaged and the top still fits on it as of now but do not want it to break apart later on with putting the top on consistently. I am guessing if I return, I will need to bring both of them back to the store. Is it possible to get a discount for the damaged one? Thanks

My order has arrived broken into several pieces, I need a replacement.

Ordered 4 of these in the version that is clear with the sage green tops. They don’t sell them in the store so shipping is the only option. Fed Ex dropped them off today and you could literally hear the broken pieces inside BOTH of the shipping boxes. They had two per box, stacked inside each other, and the bottom ones were broken in a ton of pieces. There is no excuse for the poor packaging by the company nor should Fed Ex have dropped them off in that condition. Such a hassle now to pack this crap up and figure out how to return them and get a refund. I believe in working smarter not harder and have to scratch my head because now Fed Ex can enjoy coming all the way back to our home to pick this up and Sterlite could have just packed these appropriately so they didn’t shatter to begin with. I’ll give it one more shot and try a solid color version maybe they are made with the rubbery material not the thin plastic.

I have been a fan of this item however I was very disappointed that after all our packing for moving the last container was damaged when I called customer care service I was told that it was no longer eligible for return but on the website it says that it is eligible for return until February so I’m confused. Bottom line. I will continue to order this container as needed but will pay closer attention to the condition of the items.

I was excited to get these for storage for our artificial Christmas tree however when they arrived via mail from Walmart, they were cracked/damaged. They now have sharp edges and are missing pieces more should be done to protect such packages during shipping. It’s hard to justify spending the money when they break during transport.
