Sterilite 32 Qt Clear Plastic Storage Bin with Clear Latching Lid, Blue

Not the sturdiest but sufficient for holiday decoration. One of the six was broken and had to be thrown away.

One of the bins was cracked and unuseable. Can I get a refund or replacement bin?

I did not get a lid with my container

I ordered 2 of the 32-quart Sterilite bins. Order was received on schedule, but a blue locking handle was missing from one of them. On-line chat for "service" was very frustrating. It encouraged me to tell them the situation, gave me 2 unacceptable options then cut off my ability to comment. First it told me to contact the manufacturer, then it told me to return the item for a refund. Eventually spoke to someone in person, who gave me a refund so I could re-order the item. First time for on-line Wal-Mart shopping my be my last.

You definitely get what you pay for. While it is waterproof, it's insanely fragile. This is about the 4th one I've bought, replacing it whenever it breaks. This time, it arrived from my walmart delivery already cracked- I immediately got a refund credit and just went ahead and bought a HART bin of similar size. If you have a few extra bucks just get a HART or HyperTough bin. Those haven't broken for me yet, especially as easy as these ones do.

I placed an order for a two-pack. It was delivered WITHOUT a box. The latch portion that keeps the lid in place was MISSIING from one of the containers. In order to get a replacement you have to BOX it, and take to FedEx "Office" Store - NONE in my area or 45 minute drive. Hopefully can replace at the store that is 25 minutes away t to get a replacement lid. What a waste of time.

One of these items were broken

Really disappointed in the delivery of this. Storage bins arrived without being in a box and were obviously damaged during transit. Spent enough money so I could get free same day shipping so I could use them same day and now I am having to find time to go to Walmart and return and get new bins due to not trusting them to be delivered again damaged.

the boxes will be okay except for one of the boxes out of the set of six is completely shattered in the packaging and arrived that way. the packaging for shipping these boxes is not sufficient to prevent one of them from being completely broken. I would like to return them however I need the boxes and in order to return them I have to take them back to have them shipped back and then wait for another set of boxes to come I don't have that kind of time to mess around. if you choose to purchase these plan on having one of them not be usable and be completely shattered unless they change the way they package them because there is no padding at all.

Horrible experience. First time was good. On this, last order, apparently the Walmart clerk who selected the items for delivery cannot read or count. 1 bottle of water missing. The storage container replace with a low quality junk. Why would I pay over $8 for the container I order and receive a low quality junk for $5 . Then, you have the delivery driver leaving merchandise I DID NOT order. I am glad I was home to refuse delivery of the storage container and all the merchandise belonging to somebody else. There is a reason why Amazon exists and owns the online shopping market. Walmart, you are falling short. Hire competent people who know what they are doing and recognize and embrace customer service.
