Sterilite Large Kitchen Trash Can, 10 Gallon Plastic Garbage Bin with No Lid, White

Unlike other customers, I have no problem getting trash bags to fit over the top of this. I'm an old woman with very weak hands. It is a snug fit, and I like it that way. I use the Walmart brand of bags ~ the ones that have some stretch to them. I've used these trash cans for years, and they hold up well.

This seems to be a great, sturdy garbage can thus far. Slightly smaller than a tall kitchen garbage can, but can use tall kitchen garbage bags in it. I had no trouble stretching my Walmart brand tall kitchen bags around the rim of the can so the bag won't slip inside. It helps to have a larger can like this for trash in another part of the house. I already have a large one in the kitchen. But this can is more convenient than a bunch of tiny, decorative ones in areas where there is going to be trash, such as an office area.

Several folks say the standard kitchen trash bags do not fit, but look, all I had to do was stretch the bag a little and it fits perfect. In fact, having to stretch it makes it much more secure. I love my little trash can. It is perfect for my bedroom.

Overall this trash can does the job really well. It's a good size for the kitchen and feels sturdy—not flimsy like some cheaper bins. The simple design is nice too, just clean and easy to use without anything complicated. Only issue I had was the sides stick out a bit more than I expected, so it didn't quite fit where I wanted it at first. I ended up trimming it down a little to make it work. Other than that though, no complaints. It holds bags well and works exactly how you'd expect. For the price, it's solid. Just double check your space if you're trying to fit it somewhere tight.

Regular kitchen size trash bags fit PERFECTLY! Super pleased with that. I use it for miscellaneous trash in my shop, just needed a receptacle, not too big, not too small.

It's a trash can that works with my tall kitchen trash bags. Time will tell but it seems sturdy enough for light duty. Got it because the size and price were right.

I bought this to go under a kitchen sink. While it is a good height for that the shape of the can and the way that the top flares out makes it a tight fit. It's sturdy and good quality but would be better without so much flare at the top. I put a 13 gallon trash bag in this (which should theoretically fit easily as this is a 10 gallon can and it was almost too tight to stretch over the flared top.

It would have been perfect if trash bags fit, but the 13 gallon tall kitchen bags have to be stretched to the point of almost tearing in order to go around all 4 “corners”. The price is right, though.

Does not fit 13 gal kitchen bags. There should be some kind of warning on these like... You might get lucky and have a large enough bag to fit over the edge... We use 13 gal drawstring bags, like many people do for convenience. Does not fit... and it's only a 10 gal bucket (supposedly).
