Simply spectacular customer service! I ordered 12 boxes, which came in two cardboard shipping containers of six each. One of the containers had only 5, lids, not 6. Within a couple of hours, Customer Service assured me that they would send a replacement right away -- and they did -- arrived the very next day! I am very impressed. Thank you.

The item works perfectly for what I needed it for...I am currently renovating and moving a lot around the house and these have been a life saver for me...Holds a good amount and they are also stackable which is a huge plus for me as I am limited on space, so I really love everything about them!

Wonderful for organizing beauty products, crafts, office supplies, whatever you need to tidy up. They conveniently stack securely and are easily portable . So nothing's falling over. Really good product.

The storage boxes are great. The only complaint is that one box was broken at the top. It did affect the usefulness of the box itself or the locking of the lid. It is too bad that either it was damaged in shipping OR at the factory before it was boxed. The shipping carton did not appear to be damaged in anyway, so I suspect the later to be the cause of the damage.

I love everything about them, but take out the words ‘file box'. Just Sterlite Medium Nesting Show Offs Clear Storage Container is the perfect name for this perfect container

I use these for all sorts or crafts and kids toys, I just keep getting more. They're fantastic. I did get two broken lids but after a few emails and insisting that I wanted the product and not a lesser refund, I did finally get replacement lids.

The storage boxes are great, but shipping sucks! The shipper demolished 2 of the 6. I put in a refund request to Walmart and was forwarded to their partner company that actually sells the items. The partner emailed me, I send a response (including pictures of the smashed containers) and have heard NOTHING back....that was a week ago! It was definitely a problem with the shipping service - OnTrac. Unfortunately I have had issues with that company before. They should ship with UPS, I have never had any problems with breakage when they ship to me. DO NOT BUY THESE ONLINE!! I will update to a better rating, if and when, the partner company contacts and refunds for the 2 that were smashed.

Two of the containers arrived broke and one of the lids didn't have a handle. I can't blame it on the shipping company because the box they were delivered in was perfect and there were no broken pieces in the box so it had to be the sellers fault as to why these were in such poor condition.

I've bought these twice and both times some were broken

My order arrived with several broken lids and bins, and even 2 of them entirely missing! Very displeased. These are great storage boxes, but I would NOT order from VM Express!
