I really appreciated the sincerity of the Walmart Staff. The are knowledgeable, efficient and cheerful!

I have ordered these boxes quite a few times. Each time there is at least one box with damage. This one is the worst. There is no chance of repair and using.

I like everything about the product except for the smell. It smelled very toxic and I had to put on a mask. I would recommend unboxing outside in an open area because of the smell. Then I would leave out for the smell to die down. It started to make me have a headache.. once I sprayed with Teatree oil and left out in the oven for the smell. It died down. Nothing was cracked or broken. I already had a couple of these for a while that I bought in store.

Arrived in damaged condition.

Good boxes, but packed terribly. One out of 6 was damaged. I decided not to bother with a return -- rather than waiting for a couple of weeks to ship back and get a new shipment. The boxes are great. I order these same ones at work sometimes and the also sometimes arrived damaged. They should figure out a better way to ship these.

Good price, great product but the bottom bin was shattered. Not sure if at warehouse or shipping but it's not usable. Not the first time either when ordering sets online. I just let it go previously but it's NO bargain when you're getting less than what you purchased. Don't know how to get the one in a set replaced?

The containers them selves were what I wanted and needed. But the packaging they were shipped in resulted in several broken out of the 5 to 10 I ordered. So if you order them be prepared to return them for breakage or except there will be breakage and double your order to get the amount needed. :( I recommend buying them in store.

Product in general was good, but 2 of the 6 containers were broken beyond use, so 1/3 of the order was gone immediately. No packing was used, they were just put in a box.

one of the tote on the bottom was totally broken up when i unpacked it. the others were fine. great totes love them for packing things for moving.
