Appears to be a solid game
I have received all 3 of the Sterling Games Wooden Shut the Box Game. They look like as described on the website when I ordered them. I haven't had a chance to play with them yet. They are Birthday gifts for my grandchildren. I hope they hold up with three boys.

Enjoyable
No batteries; no screens and lots of amusement. Grandkids 6 & 9 can both play (& even with adults!) and there's some math education along the way. I love a good old fashioned game!

Measurements Incorrect
The actual size of the game is 11" x 8" x 1.5"... Otherwise, the game performs as expected.

The box is not square
The Shut The Box, 12 numbers is exactly what we wanted. Our biggest complaint is the sliding cover does not fit squarely on the box---box is out of square. It does not effect the function of the unit.

shut the door game.
If the game isn't held level the blocks of numbers fall forward. Just confusing trying to remember which ones are up and down.
