I ordered a net that did not fit my discontinued table (my fault). I called customer service to find a replacement, and I was connected to a very nice, real person who quickly understood my issue and solved my problem. Afterwards, I got a follow-up email from another real person. I am very impressed that STIGA still stocked the replacement part I needed, and their customer service was amazing.

I needed a new net for my table tennis table and went with the STIGA brand because I've heard nothing but great things about the brand. I love this net, it's super easy to set up to my table as well as take down. It doesn't move around the clasp is great. I have even taken it over to my in-laws and used on their table.
