Stihl Hta 50 36V Battery Powered Extended-Reach Pole Pruner (Bare Tool)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands down beats a manual pole saw. Spent all afternoon trimming and barely used any battery. Easy to sharpen with the Stihl file set. Otherwise almost zero maintenance and you don't have to worry about it starting after storing it all winter. I won't use it near as often as the chainsaw or weed trimmer to it's great it uses the same battery and you can buy it without a battery if you already have several.

It is easy to use, fast, and with the extra extension it reaches a long way up! It's lightweight and is easy on my shoulders. I'm happy with this purchase, as I have been with every Stihl saw I own.

The fact that I can use the same battery and charger really helos. Next spring I intend to purchase the battery string trimmer . The older I get the more I appreciate not having to start gas powered equipment.

Does not do what it say it could. It could not handle the size branches that were advertised. I am very disappointed in the performance and quality of this product.
