Fragile applicator
I like the product but the applicator has broken off and is stuck in the bottle. Quite an expensive product to not be able to use it more than once or twice!

Dry and useless
The product came in completely dry. I watched some videos of people rehydrating it with saline solution. I tried that and was able to draw a tiny bit of product out, but not enough to cover more than the brush tip and certainly not enough to do a decent coverage.
