This side is quite pricey, but my daughter loves it and finds it to be the best eyeliner on the market.

Really Nice Liner
My biggest fear for this was that it might be dried out but it wasn't. Glides on nice %26 smooth. I would not call it waterproof however. Also, not sure how much product is in the actual tube but time will tell. I don't wear it every day because I have other liners I wear. Thank You!

Fantastic
I have been using this liquid eyeliner for many years. It goes on smoothly and lasts a long time, even in hot, humid weather. So glad I can order it from Walmart

Dried out all the time
The formula is good for an all day non smudge wear but I've been getting this eyeliner for the past 2 years and it is so frustrating everytime you purchase one. When you open it, it appears to be all dried out but the product just won't come out. Everytime I get a new one I can't use it for like a week because the product won't come out even when I leave it upside down and shake really hard. Eventually it'll come out but it's just not worth hassle, so disappointed.

Didn't work for me
I had trouble with this eyeliner feeling sticky on my eyelid which lasted several hours. I liked the color and the applicator but I'm afraid it's not going to work for me.

Just an FYI. The black selection color is black but it says dark brown. Stila eyeliner selection window can be tricky if you are not paying attention.

Avoid this vendor
Don't use this company. I purchased 2 new eyeliners for a Christmas gift and they came without the original boxes. Never had this happen before. Why take them out of the original boxes??? So who knows if they have been used or not. The prices were not that great either. Very disappointed.

No eyeliner in package.
I ordered the eyeliner and received an envelope today with a tiny box inside. I opened it, and there was NO EYELINER inside. I have no idea whom Walmart is relying on as a distributor, but I've never had anything like this happen before.
