Helped my allergies
I take this nightly it has helped my allergies better then Claritin which dried my eyes and throat.

Great Addition to Holistic Medicine Cabinet Lineup
I purchased this as a natural antihistamine option for our home medicine cabinet. The bottle is generously sized and the product is as expected. It has a dark glass bottle, which is important for proper preservation of extracts and oils. The only ingredients are nettle extract, vegetable glycerin (carrier), and purified water - I definitely like that there are no added alcohols or fragrances. I appreciate the good packaging - no leaking or seeping during shipment. This is an excellent addition to any home medicine cabinet seeking natural, simplistic remedies.
