Stitchsmart Stand-to be used with Stitchsmart LED Magnifier and Chart Holder

Exactly what I didn't know I needed. Makes everything so much easier.

I like that it holds the piece I'm working on in the stretcher bar or hoop because it frees up my hands from having to hold it. Plus it helps the piece to stay nice and tight in the hoop or stretcher bars. I also like all the ways this can be adjusted.

This is my first floor stand so I don't have anything to compare it to, but so far I'm really happy! Super easy to access the back, and it's much more adjustable than I expected. I'm using it with an 11x11 q snap, my biggest criticism of this stand would be some of the plastic pieces seem flimsy. If I had a heavy wooden scroll I don't think I would like this stand very much. The spot where you adjust the angle of your frame has very small plastic teeth it works ok for my light frame but I could see it being inadequate for something bigger and heavier. Disappointing to see them skimp on the size of such a crucial component. Definitely does not feel like a ‘buy it for life' purchase. How many years it lasts me will determine whether I buy it again or upgrade to an all metal stand. I'm glad the stand is available to purchase without the lighted attachment, that piece seems overpriced. I bought an adjustable phone/tablet holder that clamps onto the stand and a nice LED floor lamp instead. Those will serve me better and they also cost less than the attachment. When I am at the point I need a magnifier I will look for one that clamps on as well. I made a diy paper pattern holder for the times I'm not using a tablet, I looked around the house and found a wooden spoon with a tapered handle that fits in the hole then used a rubber band to attach a clothespin to the top. I'm happy with my additions, it doesn't match perfectly like their attachment would, but mine is better suited to my needs. I am very happy I heard about this Stand overall I am very happy with my purchase

Tightening the knobs is a little hard for me. Other than that, works great.

I did not receive the accessories from this order. This is the reason for the low score .i don't know if I like it because the stand was the only thing in the box. I'm having to email with a very slow response. It's been frustrating. I hope The company send me the accessories.

The picture shows the stand with the lamp and magnifying attachments. The ad does not mention that they are not included in the purchase. Very deceptive advertising because now either I return the stand, which I really am needing to continue my craft, or I shell out money I do not have to buy the additional attachments. Very unhappy with the purchase.
