These dishes look better in person. They are stone so be careful that they don't chip or break. I have them as my table setting and get tons of compliments. If you're thinking of buying these, do it. You will not be disappointed.

The design and texture of the stoneware is unique from anything I have seen or used. The stoneware is good quality and should last a long time. Even with the texture on the stoneware they have been easy to clean. Love the stoneware!

There is lots of matte black in the light fixtures, doorknobs and cabinet hardware. My everyday stark white dishes just needed something to mix with them to make the decor more compatible. These Stone+Lain high quality tableware are perfect. They are smooth white stoneware on the outside with a raw unglazed natural bottom rim. The black and white embossed insides resemble a modern tapestry. They are finished with a smooth wide black rim. I especially like the soup/ pasta bowls for their size and low profile. They are practical and multifunctional. This rustic set is microwave and dishwasher safe. This unique style melds my traditional and farmhouse decor while remaining affordable. The dinner plates, salad plates, bowls and mugs fit into my dishwasher and so have found a repeated place at my dining table. These are quality stoneware.

They have a charming rustic look and are made of a nice quality stoneware material. They are heavy so it can be a bit too much for younger kids to carry around and they are also breakable. Overall it's a great set

I'm unsure honestly. They're textured which I didn't expect and they're very noisy when you use them. Two bowls had chips in them along the edge. Not as impressive in person as they look online.
