Love the material! Very farm like!
Seems like a solid piece, I was surprised that the bar over the napkins wasn't tensioned to hold them in place with wind. I think for us it will be fine!

Very Rusted top Clasp
Wondering why the top metal clasp is extremely rusted/corroded. Liked the design but had to return.
