Tasty but pricey
This is great stuff but it's pricey. I only indulge in it as a holiday treat at Thanksgiving to use on my leftover turkey sandwiches. Just too pricey for anything more than a holiday treat to myself. It's absolutely delicious on my sandwiches, however. Definitely recommend.

Finish glaze after sous vide magic
Sous vide CHEAP pork loin chops. 145° for 2 hours. Pat dry put in cast iron pan with a little fat, under broiler and flip to color up, then for last minute or two, heavy dollop of this stuff, spread, and back under broiler to carmelize. Stove Top stuffing, bag salad and holy smokes was this an incredible meal. Will do over and over and over again.

Our Favorite
