I love this mustard when I want a bit more sweetness along with the bite of the mustard (otherwise, I'm using the Maine Maple Champagne Mustard). I do love it on sandwiches and mixed with other ingredients as glazes for pork, salmon, and poultry. Absolutely delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this product but I love the Maine Maple Champagne mustard more. The bourbon molasses is a little too sweet for me on meats but I would use it as a dipping mustard for party food.

You wouldn't think that a specialty mustard would be essential in the kitchen, but I'm here to tell you that Stonewall's Bourbon Molasses Mustard adds the oomph to countless appetizers, salads and main courses that are produced in my kitchen. It adds the little special flavor to a pork tenderloin when mixed with some all fruit apricot preserves. When added to chicken salad, it rises from a staple lunch item into something special. Added to baked salmon, people ask if it's a "hard" recipe to pull off. None of it is difficult, it only requires a superior start ingredient like this one! While my wish is that my grocery store would stock this item, it's worth it to me to order it, so my special secret ingredient keeps making my cooking stand out. Thanks for a great product.

My family especially loves the Maine Maple Champagne, and I take a case of it with me when I go overseas, for gifts. I'm having a mustard tasting party this weekend, with six Stonewall Mustard flavors, and I can hardly wait to see how my friends rate them.

We can't get along properly without it! Use it whenever mustard is called for: add it to a vinagrette, brush it on fish before encrusting it with chopped pistachios, use it in chicken salad. It elevates every dish and provides a "je ne sais quoi" that delights the palate. We've tried other mustards, but nothing compares.
