Stonewall Kitchen, Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix, 33 oz. Canister

I bought a waffle maker and the first two waffle mixes I used were so dry and lacked flavor! What a disappointment. I read an article that the Farmhouse mix was rated number one, so I had to try it. My first batch was delicious. My husband and I were very impressed, it was not only moist, but flavorful too! We're very happy with our purchase!

Almost as good as homemade. A quick easy way for pancakes or waffles without all the measuring and mixing of making them from scratch. I use it almost every weekend.

This mix makes the best pancakes that I've ever tasted - anywhere. They are so easy to make with this Stonewall Kitchen mix, and they turn out perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They are rich and buttery tasting. i have been buying stonewall kitchen products since it was a little store before it went national. their products never disappoint. my the 1st thing i bought was champagne strawberry jam because my maiden is champagne. i just made your pancake mix with fresh blueberries and your maple blueberry syrup! OMG my son said the best pancakes he has ever had!!!

I am not a cook that uses mixes for anything. I am a from scratch girl. However. This waffle mix is really good. Full disclosure I do mix it a bit differently than the recommended. But not much. I add an extra egg yolk, one tsp vanilla. Forget the water just add more buttermilk and butter than called for to make a batter that is a bit loose but not runny. Let the batter rest for at least 10 minutes after mixing. Cook on a super hot waffle iron and wow. Absolutely perfect waffle. Honestly no syrup needed the flavor is perfect without it. Thanks for such a great product. Please don't change it!!
