In Love
I am now seriously addicted to this incredibly delicious tangy jam. On a fresh slice of bread with morsels of aged cheddar cheese on top. My favorite treat :heart:ï¸

Delicious hors d'oeuvres!
Four stars because although it's labeled as jam, we don't really use it the traditional way - on toast or bread. I DO spread it on crackers (fig and cranberry crackers in your local grocery store's gourmet section) as a favorite hors d'oeuvre or in one of the suggested recipes - which are all good. A little bit goes a long way as it has a distinctive taste and quite sweet.

Not as good as I had hoped
It tastes like prunes. I love fig jam but this is weird tasting. Not in a good way either. I will probably finish the jar but I will try to tap down the flavor with a strong cheese. By the way, I love figs, ginger and prunes but not together.

Surprised we were Disappointed
All of your jams have been so good, but this was disappointing, maybe we did not like the ginger with figs.
