I like unusual jam combinations and this fig and ginger certainly applies. It is a dark sticky jam with the seeds of the fig and a mild taste. I simply enjoy it in our homemade bread or taste - a great seasonal treat . The small size and solid jar is a plus and seems just the right amount for the occasional treat.

I've never tasted a jam this good. It's not too sweet and it has a distinct fig taste with a tinge of ginger. It's easy to spread on anything and the size is great! I love the ingredients, the taste and the texture. If you're curious to try this flavour, go ahead and do yourself that favour. I find that it goes best with butter for me.

Great spread if you love ginger. Try it on bread or with a cheese plate. Or just eat it out the jar! lol

Stay away if you only sort of like figs because the taste is full on mashed figs. So good for a fig lover like me. I'd even bake with this to use as filling for pastry. It's really good.

Stonewall uses sugar as opposed to St Dalfour. It is the only exception here that I ordered Stonewall jam because it has ginger which I really like. So I will bear with the sugar in it. It tastes quite good, just the sugar bothers me.

This was the perfect compliment to the Brie on my cheese board. Tasty fig!!
