Read the ingredients, this quite the jam. Clean bright flavor, not quite a jelly. Slightly liquid, with fine slices of citrus.

It's become a staple in our household.
Roughly speaking, it's a marmalade — but something sets it apart. Maybe it's the tangerine juice that gives it that refreshing tartness? I feel like we end up adding this to our shopping list almost every time.
