Amazing flavor
AMAZING!!! Great flavor works great with so many things, Crackers and cheese, burgers you name it. Has a rich flavor but not over powering easy to spread. We buy often!

Slather it on warm salmon
I mix this very tasty Maine Maple Champagne Mustard with a small amount of mayonnaise and us it as a dressing on warm salmon. It is so different and so delicious.

Delicious flavored mustard
We've been using this mustard on ham sandwiches and mixed into recipes that call for mustard. It's got a nice sweetness but not overpowering. It was our first time using it, and we were quite pleased. Sometimes it's nice to try different flavors from the usual!
