I "previously" used another famous New England company's popover mix. The results always varied and were never as I remembered enjoying years ago. Last month I purchased two boxes of the Stonewall Kitchen traditional popover mix. The first batch was fabulous - truly a popover in every sense of the word and tasted even better. Was it a fluke? Nope. The second batch was just as wonderful and did not disappoint. I have since purchased 5 more boxes and am now a Stonewall Kitchen customer especially when it comes to a traditional popover mix.

One of the best boxed popover mix! Bakes up fluffy inside, crisp outside. Yum!

I can't wait to try this mix: my mom made them from scratch and every now and then they wouldn't "pop,"for no apparent reason. I'm thinking this will take the risk out, and if so, it will become my favorite breakfast food for when we have house guests!

I sent they mix to my Husband Family in Ws. they had a family reunion and I mentioned Popovers and like others I mention them to they went "Popovers I haven't had them in Years" Then I added some for my family for Xmas this year. This is the best mix I have found. Look up a recipe for Maple butter Wow that makes them even better.

When you get a hankering for popovers, this is the easiest way to put those delicious treats on the table. I love this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We make homemade popovers, so we are familiar w/ them. These come out cripsy and hollow which is what they are supposed to do. When you use a popover pan - wow - they a biiig. We put guyere cheese on top before baking.
