Stonewall Kitchen Strawberry Champagne Jam 11.5 oz

Excellent jam from this company. First taste will tell you: Very good quality. Liked so much I came back and purchased 4 more different flavors. A :) The only complaint was the packing. First box with one jar was great. The second order was very poorly wrapped. All jars not wrapped in paper insulation, but left on side of box with protective paper shoved on the side. :(

I was curious to try this mix that I have seen more and more around recently, of strawberry and champagne. I am not really into champagne or alcohol in general, so I was wondering if the taste of champagne would be a little too much, but not at all. I think it has a good balance. I have tried it on toasted bread, and I will try it on scones next. So far I have been loving all products of the Stonewall Kitchen brand.

Sweetness of the jam with the flavor of the champagne is appetizing. Ingredients are few and simple with no nonsense additives. Proportion of strawberry is well balanced. Absolutely delicious over buttered toast and scones.

This jam was one of the best things I've tasted in a long time. The consistency was fabulous, the balance of flavors was absolutely delicious, and why it didn't taste like champagne, it benefited from its addition. Goes a long way because the flavor is intense. Not overwhelming, intense in a good way. I've tried many other strawberry jam, and they simply can't compare. I will definitely be buying it again

This jam is from a different combination which makes it very special. The bubbly in it makes it #1 in my book and once again, Stonewall comes through with a phenomenal tasting product that I have not found anywhere else. Thank you Stonewall for being there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tasted it while visiting Stonewall Kitchens a few years ago. Now, I order my jams twice a year. Can't live without it!

I like that this jam is not overly sweet, but didn't love the champagne aftertaste. I'll try more of their jams in the future, but will probably stay away from the boozy ones.

Stonewall Kitchen jams are not good. They just taste like sugar with very little flavor of what is on the label. It's a tasteless jam filled with sugar in the color you would expect.
