Stonyfield Organic Lowfat Yogurt, Vanilla, 32 oz.

I have used this product for 10 years. I have used it in baking as its consistency makes it a perfect fit as a substitute for milk or cream. It doesn't change the taste of item. I have enjoyed it with granola for breakfast. And by itself or a little fruit. It does well with all. Sometimes it seems a bit on the liquidy side but stirred it will thicken some. It's great in smoothies too

I buy this regularly. As a treat I cut up some strawberries and add a little sugar to them and then let them sit a day or so and then. I put a few spoonfuls on top of the yogurt and stir it up until it is pink. Delicious ! I hate that the large organic doesn't come in strawberry do I make my own !

best yogurt by far. too bad I can't find The plain but otherwise ok. unfortunately other brands aren't on the website just Walmart brands and they taste like cardboard

Stonyfield is delicious, my favorite is the vanilla. Incredible taste and ingredients are totally healthy

The yogurt is sweet and smooth

I actually love the vanilla flavor. It doesn’t taste like vanilla bean or anything, but I find it sooo comforting and just what I want! (It kind of has that vanilla flavor similar to that rice or tapioca pudding in the refrigerator section, only this is organic and I feel good eating it). I hope they don’t change formula. (if they really want to make a trendy vanilla bean, then they need to make a second product and leave this one alone) Tip: You can always mix in plain Greek yogurt if it’s too sweet for you, Or if you need more protein. I’m trying to stay away from chocolate before bedtime to improve my sleep hygiene, and this yogurt helps as a bedtime snack (I paid a lot of money to a top sleep doctor to find out: NO chocolate before bed, (although I think white chocolate might be ok?) Get bright sunlight everyday fir at least one hour by window to reset biological clock (ever notice how sleepy you are after spending a day at the beach? It’s bc of sunlight!), Early in the morning, try to get a 15 min walk (can work up to 30 mins if want) And NO caffeine after 2 PM. this greatly helps me fall asleep when I need to be!) And if I wake up hungry, I can just grab some vanilla yogurt or bowl of (non chocolate) cereal, and go back to bed.
