Stool Assembly (up to 2 Stools)

The dresser is amazing. I put it together myself. Very high quality, HOWEVER, I thought it was being delivered assembled. I didn't know anything about Angie. They had emailed me an appointment without even calling to see if I was available. The person called me on the appointment date and said he'd be here shortly. He never showed up and again, just happened to look at my emails and one said they had cancelled me and the other had made an appointment for that same day hours earlier. I have been going back and forth between Walmart and Angie trying to get my $246 assembly fee for the three items I ordered from Walmart. Love the product, but I would never deal with Angie and I will never order furniture from Walmart again. Now I have to send back the 2 chests I ordered because I'm not up to assembling them. Also, it says right on the box “2 person lift heavy item” and fedex left it downstairs (3 boxes) I had to “walk” the boxes to the elevator and walk them to my apartment. So between fedex and Angie, this was a HORRIBLE experience.

the person they sent could not even read English did not even finish putting anything together it took him 2 hours to put two drawers together that were put together wrong also left pieces all over the room and he walked out of my house as he said he doesn't get paid past 2 hours he played on his phone and just had no idea what he was doing he had no reason being on that site and being sent to somebody's house to help them. especially someone who is disabled as I am even my daughter friend fixed his mistake but he broke pieces causing the whole thing to be trash.Also Vanity is super small for like 5 year olds its nothing like picture

Do not purchase items from Walmart Marketplace, as these items are often not eligible for return or replacement. In my case, the situation was worsened by the assembly service—the assigned service pro caused additional damage during assembly. I also reported the issue to Angi, and the only response offered was an apology. This resulted in a total loss and an expensive lesson learned.

This Angi was not successful for us. We paid $79 extra to have a tv stand assembled. Which, we are in our 70's and thought it would come assembled. I learned that wasn't the case so after 2 failed attempts of rescheduling - on THEIR part - we cancelled %26 our son-in-law put it together for us. Angi left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I received a message with a person assembling the chair, but it arrived today in new, in a box. I was expecting a phone call , a message if there was a problem , not a refusal of a refund for. an installation that never occured. the picture they sent me from Angi, was a LIE. My chair is unassembled in a sealed box. I am extremely disappointed. sad shopper

I will never order any item from anywhere with Angi involved again and do not know why companies allow this to be a real partnership. Destroyed my house, left half way through assembly and never returned and no humans work for the company to speak to. Trash.

ASSEMBLY HAS NOT BEEN DONE!!! No one has contacted me to schedule the desk assembly. Desk arrived 04/27/26. I'm deeply disappointed that Angi has not contacted me yet . So how can I rate the service if it's not been done? Had to give at least one star to be able to continue and explain my dissatisfaction . Very Disappointed!

Never showed twice. You have to wait 48 hours for a reschedule even when they never showed. Would never recommend this service to anyone. If I could give no stars I would. Refunds apparently take up to 10 days but it's quicker than waiting on them to show up.

When the installer called me on the phone to say he was coming to set up my couch, I explained the couch had been canceled but that a second couch was on the way. When I ask him if he was licensed, bonded, and insured, he got very angry with me and very indignant and said nobody had ever asking that question and wanted to know why I was asking. Then he was untruthful about what company he works for as the installer. He told me he didn't have time to listen to my Customer Service complaints, and he had no intention of ever coming out. Then he hung up on me. I'm unsure as to whether he would be the same installer for the couch that is on its way to me now. If so, he made me fearful to have him in my home because he was so angry. His name is Eric B. You guys need to drop him as a representative of Walmart. He is horrible to deal with.

Angie's was horrible. The first guy was mad because the vanity came late. I asked for someone else. Appt was at 10...they came around 1:15. They worked for approx 3 hours. Wasn't going to install shelves until I said something. Left before trying the bottom strip lights because I had to find a box for the plug. One side wasn't working. Then I noticed the drawer had been cracked. They never said a word!
