For me the most powerful feature of this product is the AVR- Automatic Voltage Regulator. We all may take it for granted that the voltage in our homes is constant but all you have to do is use a voltmeter in your house hold plugs to see the variability through out the day. If you have any hi-tech equipment at home such as TV's, receivers, or DVR's you know the importance. I would for sure buy this product again and recommend it to friends

Just got a new computer in a house with really old wiring. Not dangerous, just old. The Tripp-lite battery backup and surge protector is well worth the investment to protect my other electronic investments from unforeseen surge mishaps. The wall mount keeps it up against the wall with very easy access to all the plugs.

We have a generator that will auto switch when there is a power outage, but we still need a good UPS to take care of the time the generator takes to start or any brownouts/blips that aren't long enough to trigger the switch-over. The Tripp Lite is great! Small to fit under my desk, has enough plugs and the multiple power adapter spaced plugs are a fantastic feature!

I ordered this Line-Interactive UPS and installed it and since have continued working twice during brief storm-related power outages. I've always used TrippLite surge protection but this gives me even more protection.

I bought the Tripp-Lite 750VA 450W Line-Interactive UPS. It is absolutely a 5 star unit. Installation was a breeze. I even installed the online software to manage my unit. From the moment I commented my PC to the Tripp-Lite and switched it on, I have felt totally secure from power outages and surges which happen in my location far more often than one might imagine. Absolutely 5 stars!

I have not had my Tripp-Lite UPS very long, but so far I like it. I use it as protection for my computer and other equipment. We get frequent blackouts, brownouts etc here. It seems like a sturdy quality product so far. I also use the power alert console along with it. It works very well, it is a java program so a little differant than a windows program, in the end probably makes it better though. The power alert console is great but manual could be a bit more detailed. A person without a lot of computer experience might have some difficulties with it.

Love the number of outlets available as all the plugs, large and small fit and have extra outlets if needed. Use it to backup telephone, clocks, weather alert system and echo devices.

The only reason I did not give 5 starts was that documentation was not clear on where to find Power Alert software. They should include a link in the instructions, or at least make it easier to find on the website, when you don't know the name of the software.

Everything seems great, although I haven't needed it yet. Easy to set up. I would like to see two things: a longer USB cord to connect to the computer, and a more direct link to download the appropriate software.
