Chin Strap
Not very effective. Needs softer material with little stretch

my head was not happy with it.
Two small for my head and the rubber mat pulls on my beard and rips whiskers out, or if I turn it inside out it catches on the pillow and pulls the device off my head. I'm also on oxygen 24/7 and the straps don't play nice with the tubing.
