Storkcraft Calabasas Infant Nursery Upholstered Swivel Glider, Pearl

Great fabric not huge but comfy!

Ordered for my daughters nursery. She was with more than thrilled indicating that it is just the perfect chair for her needs.

I have been looking for a glider for months and finally came across this one. It was incredibly easy to put together. The base is already attached, you just need to slide the back on and attach the two small arms on either side of the back. It took a total of 10 minutes, maybe less. I have only had it for one day, but the gliding is smooth and it's the perfect size. It's comfortable for me (5'0”) and my husband who is 6'3”. I am really impressed with the quality.

This chair is AMAZING. It's a perfect fit for our baby's nursery. It's super comfy, pretty and super easy to assemble. We just love everything about it. Without doubt, it has been the best investment.

Just put this together so haven't actually gotten to test it out. However this is our second baby and second chair so right off the bat I can say for the price point it's amazing. The color is perfect (pearl) I didn't know it had a bit of a pattern weave to it but because of the pattern it actually goes better in our room. It is shorter I'm 5'2 and my head is slightly above the back, now that this is our second my husband who's 5'11 we have both agreed we prefer the shorter back because it'll prevent us more from falling asleep and creating an unsafe sleep environment which happened a lot with our first. So far glide really smooth. This one is $400 and our previous one was $800 that was “state of the art” 2 years ago and the glider part started making noise after 4 months so this one definitely is a much better option. We love the smallness of it, it fits the nursery perfectly while allowing you to be comfortable and not break the bank.

Purchased this glider for my first pregnancy (twins) because it was a compact size (perfect for a room with two cribs) in August of 2024. The size has been good but the fabric has already started to buckle and the seat cushion has started to sink. It is comfortable for the most part but I wish the seat back was higher and not quite so upright. I find it ok but my husband, who's 5'11, has a hard time with the shorter back. The gliding is a very consistent motion, but if you stand up too fast the chair tips forwards and is unsteady. It has also started to squeak already. The chair has served its purpose and is the perfect size, but I think we'll be selling it or giving it away once we don't need it and will purchase a different chair for our next pregnancy.
