Storkcraft Marco Island Twin Captain's Bed with Twin Trundle in White

[Employee of walmartcanada] I've actually purchased TWO of these beds, at different times, for my 3 and 4 yo daughters that share a bedroom. I looked at MANY, MANY trundles, read so many reviews... First, I wanted the extra beds, but didn't want to be stuck with bunk beds to deal with all the time for the occasional guests. Second, what I liked about this model is that it comes with extra storage drawers, which are seriously handy when you are short on space (we are), and, the trundle can be fully removed and repositioned (again, when you're short on space, this is key). Third, I also liked that the head board and foot of the bed are the same height, again, from a versatility point of view, allows me to reposition them many times without a ton of restrictions. Versatility is key... Once received, assembly was simply, I did it myself, and in fact, managed to get it done with my three year old "helping" most of the time. Would have preferred it if the majority of the screws had been 'traditional' rather than requiring an Alan Key to install, because I could have completed the job even faster and with less physical effort than turning those darn little Alan Keys a quarter turn at a time in those corners!! Enjoy, it's lovely!

I bought this bed last week. Very easy to put together! This is a very well built solid bed. My Grandkids love it!

Shipping was prompt. Setup was easy and just needed a couple of people for a few steps. Exactly what we were looking for!

I bought this bed about two weeks ago and I love it very easy to put together and very sturdy.

Purchased this trundle bed for a grandchildren's room. Arrived with damaged boxes (FedEx) but no damage to the bed components. Assembly was very straightforward with no missing parts or confusion. We are very satisfied with the look, finish, and quality of the bed - at a very reasonable price. This particular bed comes from several manufacturers and sellers with a wide range of prices. Found one similar in a local furniture store for $300 more than this bed.

Super quick and easy to assemble. My boys each got one and both love them. Only negative is no runners on the trundle so it doesn't always push in straight, although it does roll super easy on carpet.

I bought this bed a month ago noticed a few deffects in the finish. Less than 3 weeks later screws are stripping out of the drawer slides. Will contact the company if it gets worse. Expected better for the price

This bed is not sturdy at all, should have read all the reviews on this brand. It is very very flimsy and all the rails are glued together wood like particles no wonder the central rail broke and split in half. I am extremely disappointed with this trundle bed. Also like others have mentioned that the product lists that its a double and double trundle pull out and indeed it is only a trundle twin so please be aware of this in case you purchase mattress ahead of time. Also one of the drawers handles came in gray despite I have ordered it in white.

While the bed is nice, be aware that the bottom trundle is not a full bed- despite being told it was by Hayneedle. We purchased a FULL bed and while putting the bed together we noticed the bottom was only a twin. Customer service at Hayneedle state in the comments that it is indeed a full. When I contacted Hayneedle the pushed me off to the manufacturer who told me it was never meant to be a full and then told me to again contact Hayneedle. Poor customer service and bad information on the website.
