Love the can, also got one for my parents and in-laws they love the fact that all they need is to “step on the pedal and it opens”

The order was packed nicely and delivered on time. Make sure to use the trash bags more than 13 gallons for this trash can. The product was easy to assemble.

Came already assembled and was in great shape when it arrived. The plastic could have been a bit sturdier but apart from that, love the hands-free step and central loading bin. The bag ring holds the bag in place and helps in taking the bag out easily.

Good trash can keeps the odor inside. Only complaint is when the bag gets to heavy the plastic grey clips inside that lock into the garbage itself after putting the bag over falls inward. And sometimes the step petal doesn’t work and have to hand lift. But other wise I like

DID NOT GET THE TOP LID TO TRASH CAN A?S IT HAD THE DISH DRANGER INSIDE JUST NOT TOP FOR KITCH USE!! WHY??????????? ITS NEEDED ASAP!!

Doesn't look exactly like the picture I thought it was bigger %26 more sturdy metal but it's definitely smaller! I wish it came with easier detailed instructions as well

Looks nice but doesn't function. Stepping on the step only bends the lid, doesn't open it. The hold down for the bag gets caught everytime you take out the trashbag. Sometimes ripping it. Do not get. Go with the basic Mainstay one.

The item arrived unpackaged. They just placed it directly in front of the door. The lid jammed on top and taped over. The lid doesn't even fit the product properly. It was a ridiculous order. No packaging was done, no inspection of the product. I'm disappointed. I will return the product, but I don't want to waste any more time.

Stay away from this garbage can. It built flimsy. The foot to lid mechanism got stuck immediately after first use and now won't open the lid and then broke immediately without any fault of the user. The inside bag holder is extremely flimsy and won't hold a regular 13 gallon kitchen garbage bag. Stay away from this product. Poorly made.

It broke right after 90 days. The pedal no longer works at all and just warps the lid. Opened hard when it did finally open, closes hard. Worked 80% of the time before. Complete waste of money, horribly built and now I can't even return it for a refund.
